Getting Around

Taiwan boasts a robust public transit system that runs through the entire country; with a top-up card that can be used on buses, taxis, and the country-wide high speed railway system, getting anywhere is both convenient and fast. Taxis can be hailed from the side of the street or ordered beforehand. Want to get from Taipei to Kaohsiung? Hop onto the High Speed Rail and traverse the country in a little over an hour.
